Privacy Policy

The short version
This website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no advertising or social media trackers, and never asks for payment information. The only personal information it collects is what you choose to type into the contact form.
What we collect
If you submit the contact form, we receive the first name, last name, email address, and message you entered. We use that information only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts this site, and are delivered to Institute staff. Netlify also keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you requested. Those logs are used for security and reliability.
What we do not collect
- No payment card numbers, bank details, or billing addresses. This site has no cart, no checkout, and no payment processing of any kind.
- No passwords or accounts. There is nothing to log in to.
- No cookies, no analytics, no advertising or behavioural tracking.
- No location data beyond what is in a standard server log.
Donations
Charitable gifts in support of PSI are received and administered by the El Paso Community Foundation on its own website. When you follow a donation link you leave this site, and the Foundation's privacy policy governs what happens next. We never see your payment details.
Children
This website is intended for a general adult audience and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. Young people participate in our programs through partner institutions, under those institutions' own consent and privacy procedures.
Photographs
Photographs on this site were taken during PSI programming. Participant writing is reproduced without names or identifying details.
Your requests
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the address on our contact page and we will respond.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
